What payment methods do you accept?

For Pro plans, we also offer invoice payment options. All transactions are processed securely through industry-standard encryption to protect your payment information.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?

Yes, you can change your subscription at any time through your account settings.

When upgrading, you’ll immediately gain access to the additional features and your billing will be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle.

When downgrading, the changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period. You’ll continue to enjoy your current plan’s benefits until then.

What happens to my stories if I cancel my subscription?

Your stories always remain 100% yours. For privacy protection, Narrati doesn’t permanently store your generated stories on our servers.

We strongly recommend downloading your stories in your preferred format (PDF, DOCX, or TXT) after creation.

This approach ensures maximum privacy and gives you complete control over your content.

When you cancel or downgrade your subscription, you’ll still be able to generate new stories according to your current plan’s quota, but we recommend downloading any existing stories before making subscription changes to ensure you retain all your creative work.

Do you offer refunds if I’m not satisfied?

Yes, we stand behind our product with a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans.

If you’re not completely satisfied with Narrati within your first 7 days, contact our support team, and we’ll process a full refund with no questions asked.

Beyond this period, we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with our Terms of Service.
