Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund policy lasts 7 days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have passed since your subscription or purchase, we cannot offer you a refund.

Digital Products

As Narrati is a digital storytelling platform, most purchases involve digital access or subscription services rather than physical goods. For digital products and subscriptions:

  • A refund may be requested within 7 days of initial purchase
  • Your account must not have generated more than 10 stories during the refund eligibility period
  • Refunds are not available for partially used subscription periods beyond the 7-day window

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be refunded:

  • Premium story packages purchased individually
  • Downloaded or exported stories
  • Custom AI model training services
  • Gift subscriptions after activation
  • Promotional or discounted subscriptions
  • Add-on services once utilized (advanced character development, extended plot generation, etc.)

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Log into your Narrati account
  2. Navigate to Account Settings > Billing > Request Refund
  3. Complete the refund request form
  4. Alternatively, email support@narrati.io with your account details and refund request

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is submitted:

  • We will review your account activity to verify eligibility
  • You will receive an email notification of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
  • Your access to Narrati services will be discontinued upon refund approval

Subscription Cancellations

Canceling your subscription:

  • Is different from requesting a refund
  • Can be done at any time through your account settings
  • Will allow you to retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • Does not automatically trigger a refund

Payment Disputes

If you believe your refund was incorrectly denied:

  • First check your email for the explanation
  • Contact your bank or payment provider to verify the status
  • Email us at support@narrati.io with any relevant information

Special Circumstances

We evaluate requests outside our standard policy on a case-by-case basis for:

  • Technical issues preventing service use
  • Platform outages exceeding 24 hours
  • Other exceptional circumstances
